"After I pay for my order, how soon will it be shipped?"

A:   Once your payment has cleared through PayPal, your order will be shipped either that day or the next shipping day.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

A:   We accept payment for our items through PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers or any form of mail in payment for our items.

"How will I know my order has been shipped?"

A:   Upon shipment you will be emailed immediately with a shipment tracking number.

"Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?"

A:   We ask that your order be at least $25.00 prior to shipping and handling costs.

"Do you ship COD?"

A:   We DO NOT ship COD, however we do offer local COD delivery in Tampa, Florida. If you live in Tampa, please call us about local COD delivery.


Q:
"Do you accept telephone orders?"

A:   No. All orders are done online through PayPal's encrpyted shopping cart.


Q:
"I live near Tampa, can I come by your warehouse and purchase some sliding door parts?"

A:   No. Our warehouse is NOT open to the public at this time.

"Can I change my order?"

A:   Yes, providing that your order has not been shipped. Simply contact Customer Service and we will refund your original order through PayPal. You may then purchase whatever items you wish.

"Can I cancel my order?"

A:   Yes, providing that your order has not been shipped. Again, simply contact Customer Service and we will refund your order through PayPal.
